What is a video enhanced classroom?

Similiar to a flipped classroom, I have my students watch videos as part of class.  A difference is that I use my videos to introduce lessons and as a reference.  I use the videos to allow me more time in class for students to work.  I can bring me talking time down and increase independent or student talk time.
